is designed to streamline attendance tracking and payroll processing through automation. This system
utilizes
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to accurately record employee attendance
in real-time, reducing manual errors and ensuring a more efficient payroll computation.
By integrating attendance data directly with the payroll system, it eliminates the need for tedious
paperwork,
minimizes fraudulent practices, and enhances productivity within the organization.
This innovative solution not only improves accuracy and efficiency but also promotes punctuality and
accountability among employees.
The RFID-Based Attendance Monitoring with Payroll System was successfully
implemented at
Mercedes Agripreneur Integrated Farm School Incorporated (MAIFSI), addressing the inefficiencies of
manual attendance tracking and payroll processing. Through real-time RFID-based monitoring,
the system significantly reduced paperwork, minimized errors, and improved payroll accuracy,
leading to enhanced employee trust and satisfaction. The evaluation results demonstrated its
effectiveness,
with a highly positive weighted mean of 4.42 from respondents, confirming its reliability and
efficiency.
The implementation also showcased improved punctuality and productivity among employees,
reinforcing the system's impact on streamlining operations. While minor challenges remain
in optimizing payroll generation, this project highlights the importance of technology-driven
solutions in enhancing workforce management within educational institutions. The accompanying images
